Hi, I thought i had access to this DOM in this screenshot that i grabbed from another traders screen.... When I load my DOM it only shows bid and ask in all yellow.... I have the #11 subscription and CME non-pro plan I would like to get my DOM to work please help.

DOM is customizable, you would need that specific trader's chartbook to have a 1:1 DOM with his. Or you could customize it manually yourself (trial and error). Google ticinotrader and you can get access to lots of chartbooks almost free. There's a selection of various DOMs etc, including the one you posted in your screenshot.

I understand it's customizable the problem is I cannot customize due to access. Can you confirm please if I have the right subscriptions to customize my DOM please??? I already tried to customize it and I already have templates files for custome DOMs. It jsut isn't allowing me to.make edits or reading the custome file.

Yes, your subscription (11) and cme is enough and you should be free to edit your chartbooks. The erros must be somewhere else.

Make sure you are making changes to the graphics settings for the DOM in the right location. There are both chart specific and global graphics settings. If you are making changes in one location and it is not actually changing the DOM, then you probably need to change to the other option. Refer to the following: Graphics Settings: Using Different Color and Graphics Settings for Specific Charts Also, keep in mind that there are settings for the Chart DOM and the Trade DOM.
