Hi, I am currently trading using evaluation accounts with Topstep. I use sierra chart denali data, so in data trade settings i only fill out my trading username and password. Since the ES has rolled over to the new contract ESH.5CME{M}, it now says historical data skipped and does not show me and charts or any market depth on the DOM. If i fill out market data and historical in data trade settings, i am able to see the charts and DOM, however it does not show me the limmit orders on the DOM. How do i fix this? Thank you |

You have not recently connected to your live, funded, futures trading account, therefore your "Verified Until" date is in the past and you are not able to get the real-time data for the CME Group from our Denali Exchange Data Feed.
