CME Hog and Cattle not loading historic intraday data

I have 2 instances of sierra running. When I went from Dec data to Feb the intraday data on one computer loads historic data fine but the other one doesn't. The one that works is version 2586 and the one that doesn't is version 2642. Both are using sierra data. The one that works is using sierra for trades and one that doesn't load historic data older data is using CQG for fills. On the one that isn't downloading historic data has oldest data at 12:30 on Friday 13. I have never had this problem before. They are both receiving new data fine. What could be wrong |

Are both charts set to be "Continuous Futures Contracts"? It sounds like one is and one is not. Refer to the following: Continuous Futures Contract Charts Also, those releases are fairly old. You should update both installations to the same current release (v 2720).
