Software freezes or crashes very often

Hi, I've always a believer that SC is one of the best trading platforms out there, but recently it has become very annoying the fact that the platform freezes even when i move the mouse during loading the data (i have to force close it and reopen it) or it crashes at random times. Imagine if it crashes when you have a position open! I've paid for a year's subscription but im starting having regrets for doing so. Is there way to help me resolve the issue? PS: I have updated to the latest version. |

I would provide info like: financial instrument(s) you are trading, what OS are you using, the number of charts and studies open, what type of computer, who is your data provider etc. that would help support team to diagnose

Yes this is very resolvable.
