Cursor non responsive on charts

Dear Sierra Charts, Hi Sierra i've had a problem this week where my cursor is completely non responsive on my charts it can move but if i click it in any way the charts are completely unresponsive. I've eliminated half my charts and have never had this problem over years of usage and my cursor works fine on every other part of my computer is this a program misfunction of some kind? Regards, |

What exactly are you trying to do? The general Crosshair cursor does not have any direct interaction with the chart, so we need more information on the exact tool you are using and what you are expecting to occur that is not happening.
