Hello,

I'm attempting to purchase a service package after my trial has ended. In order to do so I have to update my account information. I keep on encountering an error after I submit my updated information. It keeps sending me to another page stating "this page isn't working. sierrachart is unable to handle this request HTTP error 500."

Are you able to point me in the right direction.
