Greetings,

From start of this month, I paid for data access to two systems at same
time.

Today I tried testing it out but it shows that I can not connect to two
systems at same time.

Actually it sort of connects but keeps sending this error message from time
to time

And does a lot of connecting and reconnecting

Kind regards,
R.

You are setup correctly to get our Denali data to two different computers at the same time.

The error message you are getting is from CQG and is stating that you are trying to connect to the same CQG account from two different computers. This would be a limitation from CQG. You would need to talk to your broker about this, but we do not think there is anything they can do.

Hello,

So you are saying that by using Teton services, I can be able to connect two systems at the same time?

It is correct that with the Teton Order Routing service you can connect to the same account from multiple computers at the same time. It is not a problem.

Thanks for your reply,

How much is the monthly cost for Teton similar data as for Denali?

Thanks

Teton is an order routing service, it does not have data itself. But, since Teton is from us, the data will still come from our Denali Exchange Data feed. So there is no difference in the cost of the data.

There is one difference in cost between Teton and other order routing services (such as CQG and Rithmic) - Teton does not have an "Order Routing Fee". Typically this is about $0.10 per side, but is $0.00 with Teton.

Refer to the information for our Teton Order Routing Service at the following link:

Thanks for the reply,

Can you set up for me the Teton approach?

I believe since I already paid for this month, it will be just a switch.

Does my broker need to change anything from their side?

Thanks

Hello,

My broker is Insignia.

You didn’t specify which change broker needs to make.

Looks like all the changes you mentioned are to be made by me?

Please clarify if you can.

Thanks
