When I take my account off SIM mode I do not see my trading account number in the dom drop down window. How can I fix this ?

You cannot control that. Follow the instructions here to reconnect to the trading server: File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers And then look in Trade >> Trade Service Log. So we see the message showing that one account is received. It must be in the list of accounts. You must see it.
