Starting with ZEROth position in queue (Emulator)

Thank you guys for keeping the Emulator in a good shape.

I have an observation that happens about 10% of the time and normally does not cause problems, but every now and then whne it does make a difference means a lot:

Here it is: WHEN THE TARGET's QUEUE POSITION FROM THE START SHOWS ZERO => It will EVER GET FILLED.
Unless price moves past Target, of course then it will get a fill. And this is what normally happens, but every now and then (when Target is placed REALLY WELL!) then it never will and kind of makes the difference between a Winner Trader and a Total Loss (as it comes back to the Stop).

So could you check out please why Sierra sometimesstarts out with showing ZEROth position in the queue?

Not sure why this happens but we made sure that the position in queue will not be less than 1.
