Starting with ZEROth position in queue (Emulator)

Thank you guys for keeping the Emulator in a good shape. I have an observation that happens about 10% of the time and normally does not cause problems, but every now and then whne it does make a difference means a lot: Here it is: WHEN THE TARGET's QUEUE POSITION FROM THE START SHOWS ZERO => It will EVER GET FILLED. Unless price moves past Target, of course then it will get a fill. And this is what normally happens, but every now and then (when Target is placed REALLY WELL!) then it never will and kind of makes the difference between a Winner Trader and a Total Loss (as it comes back to the Stop). So could you check out please why Sierra sometimesstarts out with showing ZEROth position in the queue? |

Not sure why this happens but we made sure that the position in queue will not be less than 1.
