[Programming Help] - CSV to SCID File

There are certain products which are not there on Sierra, but I want to trade them, so the good work around would be to have a python file which keeps downloading the data from somewhere and convert it to SCID and keep updating the scid file, everytime, now the thing is even after converting it to SCID, while the data is being updated it is not updating in the chart what can I do to implement this? has anyone else done this before?
