Delayed Data

Hello,

I’d like to ask two questions.

The first question is that I have already subscribed to Nasdaq TotalView. However, at 21:12 ET, the data on the chart shows as "19:59 delayed data" (as shown in the attached image). How should I configure this?

The second question is about two charts with identical settings and same symbol. One is a 1-minute chart, and the other is a 3-minute chart. The 1-minute chart receives the latest market data, but the 3-minute chart remains stuck at a certain time and does not update. Even after reconnecting, the issue persists. How should I resolve this?

Question 1: Refer to the following:
Intraday Chart or Chart Bars Not Updating | Blank Intraday Chart | "Currently no data to display" message for Intraday Chart

Question 2: It is not possible that 2 charts for the same symbol within the same instance of Sierra Chart are not in sync. Keep in mind the 3 minute chart will not show a new bar until a new trade comes in after the 3 minute period. So the 3 minute bar will update within itself until that time. Is the Last Trade Price that is highlighted in the Price Ladder showing the same value on both charts?

My first issue is that the overnight data is not displaying. I noticed that the data stops updating when the time reaches 19:59 Eastern Time.

I have read the webpage you provided, as well as two articles: No overnight data and overnight data missing but I still couldn't find the cause.

Attached is a photo of my charts showing that the data stops updating, along with my session time setting. I have changed the session time to start from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59, but the issue remains the same.

How should I resolve this?

You are referring to US equities symbols, and these trade from 4 AM US Eastern time to 20:00:00 US Eastern time. So it makes sense, that you do not see any trading outside of that time range.

U.S. equities between 8:00 PM and 4:00 AM Eastern Time are considered overnight trading. I can see the trading data in Interactive Brokers TWS. However, with Sierra Chart, is it correct that during this period, regardless of whether the data is connected through NASDAQ TotalView data or Interactive Brokers' data, no trading data for U.S. equities is visible on the chart?

The data from our exchanges (NASDAQ TotalView and U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape) do not have the overnight hours data.

We can not speak for Interactive Brokers. If they are sending the data, then you should be able to view it in Sierra Chart if your Session Times are correct. Make sure you are using the correct symbol for Interactive Brokers by referring to the following:
Interactive Brokers Symbols: Stock Format

Using the symbol NVDA with Interactive Brokers is going to get you the delayed streaming data from our U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape. You need to specify the full symbol for Interactive Brokers as noted above.
