Trade Simulation Mode on error - but SIM is off

I have a trading spreadsheet.

Today I got the error in the Trade Services Log per the attached image.

Simulation mode was not on. 100% not enabled. And my orders were placed at the exchange as expected. I am looking at them now, one of them just filled.

Why was this message generated?

You definitively must have an automated trading system on another chart you are not aware of sending orders. Based upon what you are saying, there cannot be another possibility.

Most respectfully, I do not have an automated trading system on another chart that I am not aware of sending orders.

I have one chart for this symbol open. It generates orders via spreadsheet.

ALL orders are being placed for the symbol correctly, I see all of them live on my chart. And they are being filled. Yet I still get this 'simulation mode on' message. This is honestly happening.

In the attached image you can see the Trade Services Log message falsely saying that sim mode is on. You can also see a CQG fill that happened 13 seconds later in the Trade Activity Log. Sim mode is not on, and there is no other chart.

That order came from chart #1. Is that the chart you are doing automated trading from?

It is not saying trade simulation mode is on. It says there is an inconsistency between that setting and Send Orders to Trade Service:
In the attached image you can see the Trade Services Log message falsely saying that sim mode is on.
We will provide more specific information in that message.

Yes.

All I can say is that Send Orders to Trade Service = Yes and Trade >> Simulation Mode On is unchecked.

So I don't see an inconsistency?

It doesn't impact my live trading at all. But the error gives me a fright everytime it comes up. I take the Trade Service Log messages very seriously, they contain useful relevant information.

There could not be any error with this. We are going to add additional logging. It really is impossible for there to be a problem with this.
