Dear SC,

I have data and time problems, IB writes, that I have unsubscribed from data. I have checked payments with SC, all data are paid (Full CME Group, 15.75US).

Please, advice ..

Aside from the message that you have pointed out in a third image, is there any problem receiving market data from the Sierra Chart data feed?

The charts you have posted images of are up-to-date. So we do not know what is meant by "data and time problems"?
