Delayed data in Sub instance

Hi there I have denali data feed, and my main instance has real time data. However, as of this morning my sub instance, where I run my footprint is only displaying delayed data. I connected my main instance to my personal broker IBKR to ensure this had been done within the past month, and then changed data to SC Data - all services. My main instance is fine but the sub instance is still delayed. I have reloaded chart and restarted Sierra and the issue persists. Please note I created and deleted a ticket earlier as I thought it was resolved, but it's not - the data had refreshed but still delayed. Please advise how to resolve. thank you |

We have responded in the other ticket. You only deleted the second response saying it was fixed.
