Hello, today i wanted to trade as the days before, where i had no problems. But today there was a sign showing up with "Unkown request click for symbol information". There was also "Downloading Historical Data, Bars may not appear until done". After the Historical Data was downloaded, the price on the chart and the the candle stick bars did not move. I already checked for the right symbol. What could be the solution for this problem? |

You are setup to get your data from Rithmic and they are having an issue with their data today.
