Hi there,

This morning when I tried to reconnect my data feed to start getting my data I got the error message in the title. Live data is not coming onto my charts. I only see a point in time every time i click refresh. Any fixes for this?

Same problem with Interactive Brokers.

The problem is GLOBAL.

The issues we have heard about have all been related to Rithmic data. We have not heard from anyone that is using our Denali Exchange Data Feed as having an issue.

The person that posted that there is an issue with CQG does not understand that we do not have connectivity with CQG for The CME Group and EUREX, so they can not get real-time data from CQG.

This is the first someone has said anything about Interactive Brokers. In this case, we would need to see the Message Log to understand what is occurring with IB. Refer to the following:

Other users have posted that changing the Rithmic server has helped them.

This is in my message log. I have changed to other markets with the same result. My Denali feed works just fine.

You are setup to get your data from Rithmic and they are having an issue with their data today.
