charts running semi-delayed & missing total volume in the product trading

I started having problems right on the Opening print in the ES, with either a data freeze (931am) or come in semi-delayed (4-5 seconds) compared to my DOM w/ transact. The problem is also in all the Equity products (NQ YM TF ES). Futhermore, the volume is not showing up correctly, some shows up in my volume indicator, but majority doesn't. I have clicked on "delete and download data" many times and it would fix prior volume, but then it would start all over again. sending some pics of today to show you my volume problem and freezes.

at 11:10am- i reset the transact bridge & it looks like it has fixed the low volume/ semi delayed pricing (3-5 sec.). what is causing this problem?
