Hello!

My Sierra Chart is already connected to IB's market data. I have two questions:

It is currently 7:00 AM Eastern Time. Using NVDA stock as an example, I compared the market data in Sierra Chart's Time and Sales window with IB's market data and found that Sierra Chart's market data is delayed by 15 minutes. What could be the reason for this?

In the chart, the candlestick bars stop at 4:00 PM on November 16th, the closing time. How can the chart display candlestick bars for after-hours and pre-market sessions?

You are not setup to get any real-time data from us. Therefore, if you set the "Current Selected Service" to "SC Data - All Services" in order to get the data from us, you would get the delayed streaming data, which is behind by 15 minutes.

Hello!

In Sierra Chart's Current Selected Service, I have selected "Interactive Brokers [Trading]" and connected via API. Shouldn't I be able to receive IB's real-time market data?

If you are not setup to get the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, and if the data is available from your trading service, then you will get the data from your trading service.

Your question, however, was why you were getting delayed streaming data from us, which is what we answered.

If you are having a problem with the data from Interactive Brokers, then you need to ask Interactive Brokers about that.
