Hi, How can i create tool config for my horizontal line, so when i create a horizontal line it will has as well ALERT that if that line is touched/crossed i will by notified immediately via EMAIL/TEXT msg or pop up window. To get TELEGRAM NOTIFICATION every time price cross my horizontal line for my ALERT 2: 1. I set TELEGRAM by following sierra instructions. 2. I SET ALERT 2 for using TELEGRAM in GLOBAL SETTINGS-> GENERAL->ALERT SETTINGS. 2. I saved ALERT for horizontal line and added ALERT 2 sound (this will fix that I am using ALERT2) AM I CORRECT? 3, I saved config of tool to specific TC10. (screen TC2) NOW for TC10, I have not only visual settings for horizontal line, but also alert condintion. 4. Now when I used horizontal line with TC10 I should be notified every time . DID I miss something? I want to receive telegram notification of my alert. |

I got alert on sierrachart chat, but i didn't get it to TELEGRAM. I think i set it corectly, screens at the attachment: I attached my sierra username to chtbot. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2024-11-20 17:35:31

The only thing we can recommend is to redo the connectivity to Telegram and see if that resolves it.
