How do I stop the system messages (eg low balance reminder) from popping up? It can happen right in the middle of trading and momentarily disconnects the data feed then reconnects. Charts are then temporarily frozen while historical download occurs and charts then have to reload. Very disruptive.

Fairly sure this should not happen unless there is a change with exchange authorizations: It can happen right in the middle of trading and momentarily disconnects the data feed then reconnects. We did a thorough review of this now, and unless there is a change, with exchange authorizations, or the service package, or the ending date associated with a futures trading account, there will not be a reconnection.
