my vix isn't updating

John, My Vix future, in all the contracts, isn't updating. I don't look at it daily, but a client does and he said his seemed off. I looked at mine and you can see the Dec contract stopped eod yesterday. I have done nothing, but it ain't working...all my other products are perfect. See attached both mine, and my clients whose also is not updating thanks, Karen |

You should be using the VX_FUT_CFE right ? Check the top sticky. US Equities and CFE data is down today from an external carrier issue. Mine is down too. Also it's good to update to newest version if you watch CFE products as recommend when you launch. |
