Data Feed and Chart Refresh Issue on NASDAQ TotalView

Hi, I am subscribed to the Denali Data Feed as well as NASDAQ TotalView for US stock data and the US Equities Consolidated Tape. But I am also connected through Interactive Brokers to execute the stocks trades through there. The new data is not loading at all. It was working fine until yesterday, but today the charts have not been refreshing since the start of the new day. I suspect the issue might be related to the symbol names. Since today is the 15th, I wondered if SC might have updated something in the system. Could someone please confirm if that is the case? If not, please provide some guidance how to resolve it. I am also having this issue, I cannot seem to get any prices for NASDAQ TotalView stocks.
