Today out of no where I noticed I didn't have any premarket data, I reset the software and after Open I still see no Stocks DATA, last bar updated is Nov 14 3:59pm, I have 2 equipment's and both are down. I have all payments done Available "US Equities Consolidated Tape" Exchange Was Verified Till: 0000-00-00 [Expired] Status Bar on SC is green : DF 78090 ST:169 , 169 BR:2.58 I can see the charts of bitcoin and Volx moving, these are working fine but none of the stock names are not Data / Trade Service Settings are connected to SC DATA - All Services [Data] Why my system is not working for stocks? So, can you confirm if the US Equities/CFE Data will be down for 2 months??? (60 days+) If not ? can you clarify when the US Equities/CFE Data will be up? Thank you ! |

It will not be down for 2 months. That is just how long it will take us to get a backup network in place, in case something like this were to occur again. The data should have been back up by 11:00 Eastern US time. But it has not. Any new information will be posted in the Sticky Thread at the top of the Support Board for this (the link was given above). Generally we do. This was a recent change and we just had not gotten the backup in place yet.
