Custom symbol stopped working 09/27

{VIX1D_CGI}+{VIX1Y_CGI}+{VIX3M_CGI}+{VIX6M_CGI}+{VIX9D_CGI}+{VIX_CGI} custom symbol worked fine until 09/27, then stopped at close of market that day. since has not updated. I have CBOE activated, and have created custom symbol in global settings. what else can i do to trouble shoot why it wont load

it does it on all data streams though, I checked, SC all services, and Trading evaluator, and the output was the same.

I am now noticing my market internals symbols, like TICK-NYSE_NASDAQ_NYSEMKT are not working either. Same, Teton order routing data. Checked trading evaluator feed as well, and not working

We would like for you to set the option for "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Continuous Futures Contract" to "None". Let us know if this changes anything for you.
