Hello, my introday charts data limited for 20 days.

1. Subscribed to Denali data on Advanced version;
2. Chart > Settings > Days to load for introday chart > 200
3. Global setings > Trade data > Common setings > Allow support sierra chart data feed > YES

I have this problem only when I login with my CQG real account (with data from Sierra with the settings specified above).
But when I use "SC Data - All services", I have 200 days of introday chart data, as I have in settings.

But even when I connect with the CQG without Denali, the date is still limited to 20 days, although as far as I know, the CQG provides an introductory date for 3 months. In CQG Desktop I have 3 month introday data, so problem in Sierra's settings, but I can't find reason...

Or can this be a trouble from by broker?

Thank you.

This should not be occurring. Everything on your account looks good, so you should be able to get the full number of days regardless of what service you are connected to, as you are getting the data from our Denali Exchange Data feed (assuming this is a product traded on the CME Group).

What is one symbol for which you have this problem. We need the symbol exactly as it is entered in "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol".

Is this chart setup as a "Continuous Futures Contract" chart?

I have this trouble on all CME symbols.
For example, as you asked:
Symbol: F.US.EU6Z24
NOT continuous chart data

I FOUND PROBLEM:
Despite the fact that in the settings of all my intraday charts it is set "Load Data Limit Method > Use Numbers Of Days To Load", for some reason my graphs began to obey the condition "Use data range" and when I change data range, loading more history, but at the same time I still have the setting for loading charts by days. At the same time, when I switch to "SC Data - All services", the charts are loading by days again, not by dates, even though I haven't changed any settings at all.

Sierra version is 2700.

ALL PROBLEM FIXED:

I did:
Edit > Delete All Data And Download (for introday chart symbol).
Charts was updated, history load, without settings changes (I still have history by days).
BUT, for 6E history was loaded only for 2 month, for ZL for 6 month, but not for years, as Denali provide it.

If you are not using a Continuous Futures Contract, then the data will be limited by how long the individual contract trades for. If you are wanting 200 days, you would need to use a Continuous Futures Contract. Refer to the following:
