Configuration: wine-9 // ubuntu 22.04 How to reproduce: Create multiple (9) charts for the same symbol. All the charts are displayed correctly when displayed in the main window. Some windows (it seems always the same), when detached, are completely black (no graph, no menu). Only way to reattach is to use the Window >> Window and Chartbooks view to reattach. I can have a workaround by saving all the studies, then recreating the charts and the studies. I only lose some cross parameters like the copy of drawings between charts. I would have been pleased to share the screenshots with you, but when I do it with the tool the screen capture is also all black (as you can see in my profile). The files are available there on my personnal cloud and google drive cloud. Please point me to a different way of uploading you those screenshots if none of the following is ok for you. https://e.pcloud.link/publink/show?code=XZCjfxZX55dIAsyqqQuya9HEwfwvHC88F8X https://drive.google.com/file/d/1nvwl7jQBTjLjYX9Z36-s29KkF678pVhQ/view?usp=drive_link Can you either : * give me how to fix if you already know * tell me some tips to investigate (like additional logs to transmit, or some configuration to inspects) * points me to any applicable documentation that I might have missed * suggest additional wine configuration (like directx, or some exotic setup) Thank you Best regards |

UPDATE 11/19/2024 Problems root cause seems tied to wine, because I've found a way to resolve using a different window manager. With Gnome Default window manager (available when logging to ubuntu), I can switch desktops. When I have black window charts, I switch desktop and.. Tadaaaa ! chart appears. I will continue this thread if I have more information. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2024-11-19 05:51:08
