Eurodollar - E-mini Euro - Euro US Dollar

Under my CME symbol i have Eurodollar - E-mini Euro - Euro US Dollar When i load Eurodollar chart no data loads. On E-mini euro the depth shows only on couple of prices Euro US dollar has most dept shown Why isn't Eurodollar showing any data and difference in depth

The Eurodollar is hardly traded. You should have some data, but not much. The E-Mini EURO is traded more than the Eurodollar, but is not heavily traded. We do not have the full Market Depth for that symbol, we only have 10 levels. If this is a contract you want to trade, then we can look to see if we can add additional Market Depth for this. Please let us know. The EURO/US Dollar is a well traded instrument, and has the full market depth. I have attached screenshot of my quote board. The Eurodollar symbol has all fields 0. Do not see any data for this. For the e-mini euro, how would additional market depth be added for this symbol? Will Sierra Chart need to get additional data from the exchange?

Actually, the EURODOLLAR is no longer traded. The symbol from the CME Group was GE. They delisted that in June of 2023. Refer to the following: https://www.cmegroup.com/notices/electronic-trading/2023/06/20230619.html#drefo What you are pulling up now is Jet Fuel, which is barely traded, which is why you are seeing zeros for it. We will check on this and let you know if this is something we can do. Yes, this change is for all Sierra Chart users. There is nothing you need to do. On Monday you will see up to 1400 levels of Market Depth for E7 instead of just the 10 levels.
