Hello, I am a Teton Subscriber and trade 4 markets, NQ, MNQ, BTC, MBT and currently subscribe to IQ DTN pro and using data from CQG through Plus 500. To verify data. These two were totally different reflections from each other of the real market data as well I contacted the CME Global Command center to verify the prices I was seeing on the MBTX24 and BTCX24. The GCC was calling out the markets last traded prices over the phone, there were many moments when the Teton Data was stalled and not reflecting the true market 1. Can you offer guidance to fix the data issue? The NQ and MNQ seem to be fine, 2.Are their settings I need to adjust for the CME Crypto products on the platform? 3. Is there an adjustment you can make to correct lag? Thanks, D |

There must be some kind of misunderstanding. There really could not be any real problem. This makes no sense. There is definitively not a problem, on the Sierra Chart servers or anything on our side related to this. There is nothing for us to do. This is a symbol like any other and the market data is provided completely and without any delay. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
