Hi,

Can you let me evaluated package 12 again? I did briefly look at it a few months ago, I'd like to revisit it if possible.

You have the ability to get a 30 day evaluation of our highest package (right now that is Package 12). Select "Help >> Account Control Panel" from within your Sierra Chart software and on that control panel is a link for "Evaluate Highest Available Service Package" (it is in line with the "Current Service Package" entry). Select that link and then you need to select the "Evaluate" button to confirm that you want to evaluate that package.

This is an evaluation, which is different from a trial. In order to use the Evaluation you need to have a valid paid package.

Hi,

Yeah nothing has changed. It still says you have already evaluated package 12. What I am asking is can you reset it so I can look at it again? I have a full account paid for 6 months.

Our apologies for this. Typically that link is not there once you have already used it. We'll have to check on that.
