Hi I have a TPO chart with Singles lines and value area Line for multiple days Is there a way to overlay the Value Ares lines and the singles lines to my intraday 5min chart ? What I do i just draw lines on the TPO charts and i copy the drawings from the TPO charts to my intraday chart. Since I have multiple TPO charts this method is very long and i would Like to be able to see the value area and singles lines on my 5min chart without having to draw them everytime |

You can not overlay these items from the TPO. But, for the Value Area, you should use the "TPO Value Area Lines" study on the 5 minute chart. You will get the same results as long as the Inputs match up. The Singles are not available in any form, so for those you would need to continue to do what you are doing. Can the TPO value area Line study display VA lines for multiple previous days ? Meaning it would per exemple show the VA line for the previous Day AND other VA lines for the days before. I want multiple VA lines based on multiple days.

The "Value Area Lines" study displays the Value Area for all days loaded in the chart.

So this means it Will display one Value Area that applies for all the days loaded or will it display multiple value Area lines ?

It will display lines across the bars for each trading day that represent the Value Area for that trading day.

Okay thanks you very much. I have a last question if it is okay for you. For thé tools, Is there a way yo have multiple configurations for the same tool and apply them by just clicking in the toolbar? Per exemple : with a horitzontal ray, is there a way to have my RED horizontal ray in the toolbar and a GREEN horizontal ray next to it so i can quickly go from one to another via the toolbar? |
