Updated to 2704, still same issue.
I look every 15m charts ( to make trading decision ) and next time when I look, chart has scrolled back automatically many candles.

What is issue ?
Horizontal line with alert ?

Up to date/time 15:35 ( chart 1 ) but when I look it was scrolled back to 14:45 ( chart 2 )
Then I scroll forward to up to date/time and after 15m I look again it has scrolled back many candles.

( its happened appox 10 times like today that with different chars that I have open )

The charts are not going to scroll backwards automatically.

One thing that you need to be aware of is that when your mouse is over a chart, even if the window is not active (selected) the scroll wheel will still move the chart. So it is possible that the chart will move in this case, even if you did not want it to.

Another possibility is that you have the charts linked with the Scroll Position, therefore the charts are moving whenever you move another chart. Refer to the following:
Chart Settings: Chart Linking >> Scroll Position (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Linking menu)

And another possibility is the use of "Tools >> Synchronize Charts", which would cause a chart to change position depending on how other charts are viewed. Refer to the following:
Chart Drawing Tools: Synchronize Charts (Tools >> Synchronize Charts)
