I just paid TOPSTEP to use with Sierrachart and i am getting the errors in the file. I do not understand why i cannot use your system. I have log in with CQG account Please help Rodney

Due to restrictions on the Rithmic side you cannot connect to Rithmic more than once. Only Sierra Chart can be connected to Rithmic. No other program. And for historical and real-time market data when using Rithmic and CQG you need to activate the CME exchanges that you require. I have already been using CQQ and signed the all the agreements and it was working great. Now the login works for Sierra Chart can be connected to Rithmic but still the same mistake as the uploaded picture.. When i click nothing happens and my screen is black.

The procedure is correct. i've read before asking questions here on the forum. Question, do i need to pay for datafeeds from sierra chart? as Rithmic does not provide for the connection to work?
