Its supposed to be $146.26 , based on intra-day charts and other trading platforms(eg DasTrader, ThinkorSwim), but the daily candle (historical chart) of $NVDA , shows a low of $139.88, as shown in the attached screenshot. Can you pls clarify why is it so and where are you getting this additional data from(if it is genuine) ?

This is in historical chart and doesnt reproduce in intra-day charts.

I've seen this behavior on other occasions as well in the past.
thanks

The daily historical data comes from the exchange. Therefore what we display is the correct information from them.

I hear you, but something's up with this historical data. Pls see another screenshot of $NVDA's daily chart. It shows price touched $100 today!! Looks like in post-market..but dont see these spikes in intra-day charts with evening session included...

One thing I repeatedly notice is that these crazy wicks disappear , the next day. Dark pool prints ?

We do not see this issue currently. Go to the chart and select Chart >> Reload and Recalculate.

The reason for this is explained here:
Historical Chart Prices: 12.15 - US Equities Official Daily High and Low Values

Although a price of 100 is way off. That does not really make sense to us but if that what was being transmitted officially, then that is where it came from.

Yes, the crazy wick has disappeared as expected and the low of the day, correctly shows the right value of $146.26 , but only the next day( consistent with SC intra-day charts and other platforms).

We can safely ignore such non-sensical values like $100, like you say, no issues ...but the issue/confusion is the low of day value of $139.88, that was shown during the day, yesterday.(which now has been adjusted to the correct value $146.26).

Seems like we refer only to the intra-day charts for accurate High/Low of the day and not the historical daily chart.
