Hi, I am using IB as broker and data provider, DAX contracts not updating, I get some error messages. Two days ago it was updating on chart but I had issues with getting historical data. You can see in screenshot that IB booktrader is realtime, but SC charts not updating. I have updated Sc to latest version, I have checked symbols amd downloaded it from server. Best regards, H. |

SC Version 2671 is the last release that supports getting EUREX real-time data from IB TWS. Starting with SC Version 2678 and later, all EUREX real-time data must come from the Denali Exchange EUREX Data Feed for all Trading and Data services including Interactive Brokers. You can stay on SC Version 2671 to get EUREX real-time data from IB TWS. Otherwise, if you update SC to a later release, you will need to subscribe to the Denali EUREX real-time data feed to get your DAX data. Thank you. I decided that I don't need superprecise live data feed, one from IB is ok for what I am doing. So I installed SC Version 2678, b ut I have issues with charts there. I cant access all things on drop down menu afetr right click on chart.

In the case of going back from the version that you did to an earlier version you need to reconfigure that menu.
