Hi, For some strange reason I'm being stop out of my positions immediately for a 1 tick loss. My bracket stop loss is 5 ticks so it makes no sense why my positions are closed immediately. How can I resolve this please? |

Have you checked the Trade Activity Log?

As ForgivingComputers.com mentions, you need to look at your "Trade Activity Log" and see what it shows for why your position is being closed out immediately. You would need to look at the Orders that lead to the order fill that closes out the position. Refer to the following: Trade Activity Log Analysis: Determining the Origin of a New/Modified Order Also, if this is with live trading, then we want to point out that you are only setup to get real-time data from us for the CBOT exchange. If you are trying to trade an instrument traded on another exchange, then you are probably getting delayed streaming data from us for that instrument, which could be why you are getting closed out so quickly (the actual prices are not what you think they are).
