Problems 5M-Chart Candles and Volume-Chart

Dear Members of Sierrachart, i have 2 Problems with Sierrachart: 1. The 5minute candles in FDAX especially in the last candle in the nigth differs from Eurex. 2. The Volume-Chart Candles in FDAX or BOBL differs from Eurex the whole day. I have attached a word-document for you. I show you in comparison the prorealtime-Chart from my friend. Prorealtime uses the datafeed directly from eurex. My friend called prorealtime and the answer were, that the datafeed comes directly from eurex. On the eurex-site there is a chart from tradingview. It is not possible to see the night-candles. Also ist is not possible to get the times and sales from eurex. I wrote an email to eurex. They didn't answer me. |

There is no attachment. Our data for EUREX comes directly from EUREX and is not modified in any way. We will not compare our data against other vendors due to how other vendors deal with their data.
