Chart Drawing Properties doesn't work; multiselect check box disappeared in Manage Windows

I upgraded Sierra Chart to 2696 version. After this upgrade is done I cannot open Chart Drawing Properties window for the horizontal line tool.
Double click on a line doesn't work.
"Chart Drawing Propoertis" option in the menu after right click also doesn't work.
The button "Properties" in "Manage Drawings" windows also doesn't work. Moreover the multiselect check box in "Manage Windows" has disappeared.

How to fix it ?

We cannot reproduce this issue. We think the problem is that the Chart Drawing properties window is offscreen.


We want you to go to the chart and use this command:
Chart Menu: Reset Child Window (Chart menu)

And then try again.

Moreover the multiselect check box in "Manage Windows" has disappeared.
This option is now on the Options menu of the Manage Chart Drawings window.

We apologize for our answer given at post #2. We were mistaken. We thought that Reset Child Windows is going to solve this. It will not. We need to work on this. Please allow about one day for a new release.

We have put out a new release version 2701 , pre-release. This will solve the issue when you select Chart >> Reset Child Windows.
