I'm confused on how to go about starting the service. I read the site, but I can't seem to make sense from it. So I want to start with Nasdaq and NYSE real-time stock data. I don't see NYSE data listed anywhere, but I see Nasdaq. I see the Sierra Charts subscription lowest level is $26/mo. I want to look at 1 second charts. I read that the chart setting can be set to 1,000 ms to achieve this. Will the $26/mo. subscription level allow me to see the 1 second charts? For the Denali real-time data, what does the US Equities consolidated tape mean? Does that mean all Nasdaq and NYSE stocks, and can this data be used for real-time charts? Does this also include S&P 500 cash index and Dow Jones cash index real-time data too?

You will need service if you need real-time US Equities data you will need Service Package 10 or 11:
Description of Service Packages and Pricing

You can look at 1 second charts and even sub millisecond charts. The update interval of the chart is not relevant. It can be more or less than 1000 ms.

And then you will need to activate the US Equities Consolidated Tape Exchange, which does include NYSE and NASDAQ and AMEX stocks. All of that information is here:
US Stock/Equities Consolidated Tape Data Feed

Does this also include S&P 500 cash index and Dow Jones cash index real-time data too?
We do not have the real-time Dow Jones index but we do have the real-time S&P 500. For that exchange activate CBOE Global Indexes:
