Hello My numbers bars have suddenly stopped highlighting stacked imbalances on the buyside. The sell side stacked imbalances are still highlighted as normal. It is doing this on my numbers bars chart for each symbol that I trade, and when I install a fresh numbers bars chart it has the same issue. I have no idea why this happening. I have tried my best to solve this but I am getting nowhere. Please help. Thanks Chris |

Please give us an image of what you are seeing by following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: Attaching or Posting a Screenshot/Image (Optional) Please tell us a specific bar that shows the issue and tell us how to find the bar. Also, there have been some recent changes to the Numbers Bars, particularly in relation to looking at ratios with zero values. Make sure you are on the latest release to ensure that you have all the updated changes. Follow these instructions to update: Software Download: Fast Update Refer to the following changed Input and the one below it for the main changes: Numbers Bars: Enable Diagonal Bid/Ask Compare with No Data at High/Low There are also a few minor updates to ensure that the Background Coloring and the Text Coloring options work the same way, there were some differences previously. And we also have added a few new text display options. Refer to items 9 and 10 at the following link for these: Numbers Bars: Numbers Bars Text Types For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
