Hi all,

I recently subscribed to Sierra Charts. My AMP Futures account is all good to go and funded to show that I'm a non-professional trader. I connected SIerra to Teton and I get the green connection bar. When I try selecting Rithmic Direct (to connect my Apex Trader Rithmic account) and then go to choose a server, there are none showing. I dont know what i'm doing wrong, i followed the intructions as best as I could. watched videos on youtube, it all seems pretty simple really. I'm not sure what I'm missing here.

Well, it's working now, I can see the list. next issue I'm having now is that Sierra Charts isn't connecting to my rithmic account. credentials are good and checked.

You have to open the Rithmic RTrader Pro once, dial in and sign the license agreement. Please note that you can only use one: either Sierra Chart or RTrader Pro.

Once you have done this, it should work.

Thanks for the replies!

I have attached 2 screenshots here. when I try to connect to my apex rithmic connection it shows that my service package does not support this. I am on service package 12.

You are NOT on package 12, you are still on a Trial, and you can not connect to external services while on a trial.

We do see that you added funds, but you did not select the package. Follow the instructions at the following link for how to select a package:

that's strange, I made a payment for service package 12, it did come out of my credit card. I tried to renew it and it tells me I have no funds available. i have attached the screenshot of my page.

You are now on Package 12. It sounds like you must have selected the button twice, so the first time it updated and the second time you did not have the funds.
