Hi,

recently I have been missing long periods of data on Gc,6E,6B,MNQ
I've tried to reload and recalculate many times but makes no difference
how can I resolve this?

I've tried all recommended actions and still not collecting data I have no London session in all assets. also MES futures wont load it stuck on the "downloading continuous contract data" and once it does that it sometimes shuts down completely.

I've noticed my data only starts working when I've logged on to my computer

Start by updating your software. You are behind a bit, and there have been changes that you might be being affected by. Follow these instructions to update:

I have done the software download. but I've noticed it has maxed my storage on my desktop. and its all Sierra charts. could this be the issue? no space to download anymore?
I've tried leaving my desktop on all night which showed all data for tpo's but i was still missing footprint data from time to time
