Hi there, I would like to trade exchange traded spreads of Natural Gas, looking at calendar spreads of Dec 2024 - Jan 2025. I used to be able to trade this fine under ironbeam, but can't seem to do so in SierraChart. https://www.barchart.com/futures/quotes/_S_SP_NGZ4_NGF5/interactive-chart Can you please advice on this matter please? |

Thank you, when I open find symbols this is not what I see. Is this because of my data fee? I currently under the Denali - Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for non-professional Trading accounts - @ $5.5 per month. Appreciate your help on this matter. |

The correct symbol for this is the following: NGZ24-NGH25.FUT_SPREAD.CME You have an Underscore instead of a Period before the CME at the end. If you found the symbol through "File >> Find Symbol" then it should have been correct, and we are curious as why it would not be. Go to each of those charts, #3 and #4, and set this Chart Setting to No: Chart Settings: Include Chart Trade List in Trade Statistics for Chart Window (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Trading menu) Also those charts must actually exist. They must. Maybe in another Chartbook that is open. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
