Problem with chart

Hello , since I opened account the main screen is black, doesn't display any charts, I try everything, all settings , all procedures for opening any charts and still screen stays black, also on the first day when I was downloading Sierra Charts it supposed to also be able to download Foundation DOM Chartbook but same - nothing happen
