Trying to get SFTS to load data on the charts

I had a Eurex Denali subscription, I cancelled - the month is almost up. I had a 36 dollar package, I downgraded to 26. What I want to achieve right now is to use the SFTS on delayed EUREX and CBOT data. So that I can replay even on data from months ago. (that I haven't downloaded yet) But whenever I connected to Data Service - Evaluator Delayed, I get an orange warning box about not supporting market data subscriptions. This is on charts that previously on SC All Data, would load up data fine. and if I try to replay, I can't get any data on the chart. What should I do? Is this problem because I answered No about translating symbols? are the symbols different in the evaluator? Date Time Of Last Edit: 2024-10-26 12:31:45

I think that was the problem, data is loading now.. if I choose Yes to translate symbols

is it not possible to use SFTS with Replay Mode? I want to be able to log my replay trades so that I can view stats on it and keep a good record of the trades

We assume by "SFTS" you are referring to the "Simulated Futures Trading Service". In which case, the answer to the last question is "Yes", you can run a replay while connected to the "Simulated Futures Trading Service", but the system will be put in "Simulation Mode" during the replay, so you will be testing with the Simulation accounts, not with your Simulated Futures Trading Service account.

There is not a way to import the Sim account data into the SFTS account.
