When I place a sim trade it will use the same wrong entry price. I did several NQZ4.CME sim trades yesterday and today and the entry price is consistently either 20005.00 or 20509.50 when the actual price was about 480 points higher/lower. I have no issue with live trades, only sim. Please see the attached trades list.

We really do not know how you got these to occur. Each trade is for under a second, so they are opening and closing immediately. How are you entering these trades? Are you running a replay at all? I'm not running replay. And they're limit or market orders. Limit orders will sometimes fill at an instant profit of 10 or so points and market orders tend to fill and exit instantly at an enormous profit. Live trades are no problem but when I switch to Simulation mode this is what happens. I've already updated to the latest version and did a Clear Trade Simulation Orders & Data serveral times. I've had this issue for months across several versions. |

Please turn on "Show Order Fills" (if not already on) and then get us an image of the chart just prior to entering a Market Order, and then after you enter the Market Order with the Order Fills Showing. Follow the instructions at the following link for how to get us images: Support Board Posting Information: Attaching or Posting a Screenshot/Image (Optional) If you need to, refer to the following for how to show order fills on the chart: Chart Trading and the Chart DOM: Displaying Order Fills on the Chart For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

How could the order have been placed on the 12:56 bar when there are other bars in the chart? We assume that what you gave us was without and with the Order Fills. That is not what we need. We need to see the chart prior to entering any orders. Have Show Order Fills already enabled. Then take an image before you place an order and then right after the order is placed and the order fills are showing on the chart. We need to see how these are lining up with the price at that time. You have to look at the bid and ask prices. Not the last trade price. Refer to: Trade Simulation: How Orders are Filled You are also using Rithmic data. This is not from Sierra Chart.
