Upgrade from Delayed to Live Data and Teton.

Hi. I have an account with you that renews in early January. It uses delayed data. I have now opened a live trading account with Plus500FinancialServices and would like to upgrade my account so that I can trade with Teton and receive the live data feed for the following 12 instruments: NQ, MNQ, ES, MES, RTY, M2K, YM, MYM, GC, MGC, CL, and MCL. If possible I’d like the change to be effective immediately and to act as an upgrade to my current subscription and then I’ll renew the whole thing for another six months in early January. Is this possible and how do I effect it? I understand that I will be paying exchange fees for the whole of October even though today is October 24th. Kind regards and thank you, Edward |

We are not familiar with Plus 500. They definitely do not use our Teton Order Routing service. Do you know if they use CQG or Rithmic for order routing? If so, then you should be able to use your Sierra Chart with them, unless they do not allow it for some reason. You would need to ask them about this. You need to verify the above before anything else can occur. Let us know what you find out and we can move forward from there. Hi, Thanks for your help. Plus500FinancialServices is the new name for Cunningham and I have been able to upgrade my service to Tier 10, sign all the CME agreements and get connected. My broker is EdgeClear. Thank you for your assistance. For the time being everything seems to be working as it's supposed to. I'm about to test live orders and will inform you if I encounter trouble. Thank you. |

Sorry, I did not know that Plus 500 was Cunningham. So yes, they do have support for our Teton Order Routing Service. As such, follow the instructions at the following link: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing: Setup Instructions At Step #5 it has you setup the data for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Make sure you follow those instructions to get your data. Once you have everything done, you will be connected to your account at Plus 500 and getting real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed.
