Good Morning, I would like to have my account set not renew for next month. what is it that I need to do? Thanks!

We have set your account to not renew. We are not sure which month you do not want to renew to, as you just recently renewed for a new month. Right now, you have 32 days of Usage Time available. If you are no longer using Sierra Chart, then we can refund 1 month (31 days) of Usage Time back to your Services Surplus. We can then refund that Services Surplus back to your payment method, less a $5.00 processing fee for payment refunds. Otherwise, if you are wanting to continue to use the system through November, then we want to point out that you do not have enough funds to renew your exchange fees for November. Therefore, if you do not add $20.00 to your account, you will stop getting the real-time data on November 1, 2024 from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Let us know what you would like for us to do.
