Hello, my recent package 11 has expired and I was looking to try out the evaluation 12 package, which is apparently active, but nothing is working. No data for my footprints or my TPOs. I wonder If I have just wasted my evaluation period if it cannot do these things.

Your setup should be working fine right now. You are on Package 3 and you are evaluating Package 12. It sounds like you did not have an active package and you were trying to use the Evaluation of Package 12, which is not how this option works. You have to have a paid package active in order to use the Evaluation. It is different from a trial.
