Personal data won't login

Hello,
I have not been able to login to my personal data service for some time now. I am paid up in both Sierra and AMP, but it will not open my personal data chart. I have been trying to remain in compliance with doing this once a month, but it doesn't allow despite being paid up.
What am I missing?

We assume by "Personal Data Service" that you are referring to logging into your live, funded, futures trading account.

What exactly is occurring when you connect your Sierra Chart to your live trading account with AMP? Are you getting any error messages on the screen? If so, what do they state?

Your assumption is correct, sorry I was not specific.
The server connection error message reads: "Connection error message from service: CQG WebAP | Logong unsuccessful. Server message: Your logon is disabled. Contact your FCM."

Your broker has disabled your CQG account. You need to talk to them about this.
