Connecting Sierra with Trading Platform Help (TPH)

anyone else using Trading Platform Help? I have followed their (TPH) instructions. They have my acct name but when I open Sierra, there are no files to upload. Once I "enabled studies and files set to download" There should be several files that are shown to download and there are none. I'm not sure if this is a glitch with 2695 version. Per TPH this the files should show up automatically after I gave them my username...Any suggestions?

this is a tph issue, contact them since you purchased their support service and chartbooks, without having their chartbook its hard to know what the error is

Thank you. I finally figured it out. I had to delete and re-install Sierra as I had accidentally deleted some things I shouldn't have... All good now.
